Enjoy your family vacation in this beautiful two-level oceanfront condominium located in the desirable Beachview Terrace. This elevator building provides easy access, and the unit features a spacious shared lower-level deck just off the living room—perfect for relaxing and taking in the views.
The primary bedroom includes a king-size bed, private deck, and full bath. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, and the third bedroom offers three double beds—plenty of room for everyone. The elevator services the first floor for added convenience.
The owner provides both a drip coffee maker and a Nespresso machine (small pods), as well as a pancake griddle for easy breakfasts. Additional amenities include two off-street parking spots and close proximity to restaurants and shopping.
Bookings are not confirmed until a fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.
