Amenities at the Milan Holiday Home<br><br>The Milan holiday home features upscale amenities, accommodates up to 6 people, and offers a large garden, a terrace, and a balcony with a stunning view of the Baltic Sea. There are two parking spaces on the property, and the waterfront is only about 100 metres away. <br>The spacious living area on the ground floor of the holiday home features a sofa corner, a flat-screen TV, and a wood-burning stove. The living area also includes a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area. From the living area, you have access to the terrace, which is furnished with garden furniture. On the ground floor, you’ll also find one of the three bedrooms with a double bed, as well as a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.<br>Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and bathtub. One of the bedrooms has a double bed; the other has a sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV, and access to the balcony with patio furniture.<br><br>End the day with a glass of wine on the balcony, which offers a beautiful view of the Bodden.<br><br><br>Property:<br><br> The tranquil fishing village of Gager is located directly on the Hagensche Wiek, a tributary of the Greifswald Bodden, and is part of the Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve. The village lies at the foot of the “Zicker Berge,” a grass-covered hilly landscape with numerous springs and steep cliffs. A paradise for hikers and fossil collectors.<br>The fine sandy beach of the Baltic Sea is only about 2 km from the holiday home. The approximately 10-km-long beach stretching from Lobbe to Thiessow can be reached quickly by car or bike.<br>You can get fresh bread rolls and a small selection of groceries for your daily needs right in Gager. For larger shopping trips, it’s best to drive to the supermarkets in Göhren or Baabe (about a 10-minute drive).<br>The harbour in Gager has a marina for about 80 yachts and sailboats. Local fishermen set out from the harbour every morning onto the Baltic Sea and then sell their catch directly from the boat.<br>On Rügen, there are numerous attractions that are easily accessible by car. For example, you can reach Ralswiek in 45 minutes, where you can experience the famous Störtebeker Festival. Since 1993, the festival has attracted up to 350.000 visitors each year, making the legend of the pirate one of the most-visited open-air theatre events. With naval battles, pyrotechnics, and a closing fireworks display, a visit here is a true highlight of any island holiday.<br>But there’s also plenty to do in the immediate vicinity. For example, in Göhren, you can learn about the history of Mönchgut at the local history museums, or pay a visit to the Göhrener Kurmuschel, where concerts and shows are held throughout the summer. <br>The diverse and beautiful island of Rügen looks forward to your visit!
