From the house, you can enjoy a great view of the sea, which is only about 10 metres away. A terrace and a garden with outdoor furniture invite you to relax outside or use the grill. For cosy moments indoors, there’s a wood-burning stove, a sofa, and armchairs.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster; a raclette grill is also provided. Wi-Fi, a TV, a washing machine, and a hair dryer round out the amenities. The house is a smoke-free property; children are welcome, and up to two pets may accompany you. Two private parking spaces and a charging station for electric cars are available.

Shopping is about 300 metres away, while restaurants and public transport are each about 200 metres away. A sandy beach is located about 2.5 kilometres away; a car is recommended for getting there and for excursions. Activities in the area include walks, biking and hiking tours, water sports, sailing, fishing, and visits to museums and attractions.

The three popular Baltic Sea resorts of Sellin, Baabe, and Göhren are also just a few minutes’ drive away. Here, you can stroll and wander the streets to your heart’s content while marvelling at the resort architecture.
