This place was phenomenal. From the initial booking, too the last day and every time in between, Terry and Sandra were super nice and very responsive. The entire stay, I just kept thinking about how clean everything is! The condo itself was spotless, had a beautiful view of the ocean, a nice bathroom with a space between bathroom and bedroom with a sink and chair so you could do you hair, brush your teeth, etc. Kitchen was stocked well. I'm glad we packed extra towels, because there were only a few towels and wash cloths. That didn't matter, though, because the space was great. Our family of four had an amazing time. The pool was super clean and quiet. Everyone was so friendly. Just steps away from the beach. It's perfect! A quiet section, perfect for families just wanting to get away four a beach vacation to CHILL. The thing that stood out to me the most, though, was the security. It was spectacular. They were out 24/7, patrolling the parking lot. It made us feel so very safe. One night, we got back around 10 pm, and there was no space in the lot for our large vehicle and it's too large to fit inside the parking garage. The security officer first apologized for the inconvenience, then allowed us to park in the staff parking area, siting that he would be there until 7 am and would ensure nothing happened. That was so awesome to me. We will definitely hit this up again when we return to Myrtle Beach. And,the 16th floor is where it's at! It's a perfect height to see everything!

Why they chose this property

We chose this condo and another 4 floors apart in the same building because of its perfect location between the beaches North and downtown's Grand Strand along the famous "Golden Mile". Sixty percent of the building live here, so you know it's well taken care of and maintained.

What makes this property unique

The original luxury 10-story Ocean Forest Hotel (1930–1974) was a famous "Million Dollar Hotel" that drew big bands and wealthy tourists, but was eventually torn down and replaced by other developments like Ocean Forest Plaza along the Golden Mile.
