Sand will clog our drains, so please use the outdoor showers or the showers near the pool to wash off after the beach. We charge for plumbing work.
Use both hands and gently pull open any drawers in the king-sized bedroom. Do not yank.
The toilets and fridge are delicate. Hold down the toilet handle while flushing. Be careful what you put in fridge door.

This is a fantastic place, and the host was easy to communicate with. Check-in was easy. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and clean. The view is amazing on the top floor, and access to the pool and beach was top notch. Only slight issues were the elevators sometimes didn't work and close parking lot fills quickly, but those are building management issues. Stairs work fine for getting to the 3rd floor, and there's overflow parking across the street. For a July 4 weekend, I was surprised at how uncrowded it still felt. We look forward to booking this same place again!

I really enjoyed my stay in this two-bedroom condo. The décor was charming and whimsical, and the kids especially loved the cute stuffed animals throughout the unit. The balcony offered a wonderful view of the pools and the ocean, which made it a great place to relax.A big highlight for me was the Splash by the Sea restaurant. The food was excellent, and the service was outstanding.The only drawbacks was that one of the pull-out couches in the living room was not very comfortable and parking space was limited. Had to park across the street a couple of nights. Other than that, we had a great stay and would definitely consider returning.

Amazing view and great admenities. Definitely weird layout. Good communication. Cons- elevators were broke most the trip, not very good parking, limited parking on site, need parking pass to park on site and across the street, (only 2 passes given upon arrival) not mentioned prior. Will get towed. No hand soap in bathrooms. Plan accordingly.
