Welcome to your perfect home base in South Oceanside. This newly rebuilt 2-bedroom, 2-bath duplex offers comfort, charm, and easy access to the coast. Local shops, cafés, and restaurants are just minutes away, and the Coastal Trail right outside your door leads to beautiful Buccaneer Beach. The shops, dining, and beaches of Carlsbad Village are less than a mile away. The home comfortably sleeps couples or small families with a king bed in one bedroom, a queen bed in the second, and a queen sofa bed in the living room. After a day of exploring, relax in the inviting living space or enjoy the private outdoor area. Amenities include an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand, a swing beneath a beautiful Cypress tree, a full-size gas barbecue, and a private fire pit. Beach chairs, towels, and beach toys are provided to make your beach days easy. Whether you're here to relax or explore the coast, this charming retreat offers a comfortable and welcoming stay.

    The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
    Load and start the dishwasher
    Gather used towels
    Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
    Turn off the lights and lock the doors
    Please start a load of towels with provided laundry supplies before you leave. We will finish them.
    Make sure all windows are closed and AC/Heat is off or in schedule mode.
    Confirm gas is shut off on fire pit including yellow valve on side of the house.
    Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
    Government issued ID is required for all adult guests.
    If you are sandy, rinse off before going in the unit using the outdoor shower or hose in front of unit. Don't put sandy clothes in the washer or dryer
    Outdoor area pets must be kept on a leash, and their waste must be cleaned up immediately when they use the area.

    Such a lovely stay. The place is new, stylish, beautiful garden and fire pit and has an amazing vibe. Angela and Robert were incredibly warm, attentive, and helpful. Great location near the beach—everything you need is close by. Would 100% stay here again!

    This place was an absolute gem! A brand new build and it was impeccable. The pictures don’t do it justice. Upon arriving, you enter the property to a beautiful landscape and a gas fire pit and outdoor seating area. The house is perfect for a small family and the hosts paid attention to every detail. Everything is upscale…the furniture, kitchen appliances, dishware, coffee maker, bed linens, towels, TV’s, bathroom essentials etc. They even have wireless charges for all your devices in the master bedroom. The location is perfect! Close to great restaurants, shopping, breweries, freeways, public transit and of course…the beach. It’s perfectly located right in the middle of Carlsbad and Oceanside! The hosts were quick to respond to any questions and made special arrangements for us to be able to book last minute! We look forward to our next stay here! Look no further, book it now!

    We chose South Oceanside for it's beach town vibe. We can walk to restaurants, cafes, local markets and the BEACH. Perfect location to live an active life and enjoy all a beach community has to offer.

    What makes this property unique

    Our property offers a unique combination of brand-new construction, thoughtful design, and an unbeatable coastal location. Completed in December 2025, the home was fully rebuilt with the goal of creating a comfortable and relaxing space for travelers.
    The property sits right next to the lagoons that separate Carlsbad and South Oceanside, making it easy to enjoy both beach communities. Located on a corner lot, the home benefits from extra space, more natural light, and an open neighborhood feel. Guests can quickly access beautiful beaches, local restaurants, and coastal activities while still enjoying a peaceful setting. We designed the property as two units, each with its own private indoor and outdoor spaces so guests can relax and enjoy their own area. The yard is fully fenced, but we intentionally kept the outdoor space open rather than dividing it to maintain a spacious and welcoming feel.
    As frequent travelers ourselves, we tried to include the small details that make staying away from home easier and more enjoyable. The home features a well-equipped kitchen for cooking and gathering, comfortable places to lounge and unwind, and thoughtful extras like board games, extra bedding, and beach toys for guests to enjoy.
    Our goal was to create a space that feels both functional and inviting—whether you're spending the day exploring the coast, relaxing with family, or simply enjoying the laid-back beach lifestyle.
