Very nice stay near the river. Had a few minor issues that were resolved quickly by the host. I would recommend staying here. It was great for our little family trip. Perfect location near parks and water park.

This was a great place to stay as we helped a family member move to Carlsbad from out of state. Especially nice with a fenced yard so my dog had plenty of room to run around. The host was a great communicator and I will stay again if available during another visit. Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is very cute, quaint, and comfortable. We had everything we could ever need! Laura was very nice and welcoming and made sure we were good!

We enjoyed the home. Everything was as listed. We enjoyed the location at the water and the beautiful sunsets from the garden. Nice kitchen with everything you need, including a bread toaster as part of the magnetron, something we had never seen before! Beds were comfortable, bathrooms nice and sleeping great. Overall a great choice for spending a few days to explore SW New Mexico!

Great location on the river, and the house was quite spacious, the beds were very comfortable but there was lack of seating for groups of people. There was plenty of seating outside but it was all very dusty. Inside seating consisted of 3 small (not terribly comfortable) sofas in 3 separate rooms & 2 upholstered chairs, one in each bedroom. There was an over large kitchen & no dining space, just 3 backless counter stools.

The rooms were clean, host was extremely helpful. The only recommendation would be to have a list with information about Wi-Fi passwords, and contact details. Since this place is pet friendly, I'd recommend securing the fence (bottom) to prevent pets from leaving the property.
