This cozy 3-bedroom home is located on the north side of town and within walking distance of many fast-food restaurants. We are pet-friendly and welcome your fur babies (dogs only).

The home offers a variety of amenities for the whole family to enjoy. Outside, you’ll find a spacious, gated backyard with two large kennels—perfect for your pups.

The water park and the Pecos River are just a few minutes away, making this an ideal spot for both relaxation and adventure.

Clean. Just what we were looking for.Everything was great. Love the large area for our babies.Location was very centralized. I highly recommend this. My husband has lots of family in Carlsbad N.M.We come here often. This is going to be our home away from home going forward!

Our stay at this property was wonderful, clean, roomy, and comfortable. The main living space featured a comfortable cloth sectional couch and a rocking recliner that made winding down in the evenings very relaxing. As for the sleeping arrangements, the beds were equipped with a type of memory foam. They definitely took a bit of getting used to if you are not accustomed to that specific style of mattress, but overall the entire residence stayed perfectly cool and comfy throughout our trip. We chose this location because it stated it is pet friendly, and in many ways, it was. Inside, the home has a very nice, nice indoor crate conveniently set up in the laundry room. There were also two outdoor crates available; however, they were not well-maintained and needed attention. On the positive side, the outdoor yard area offered plenty of grass and great shade for the animals to safely run around, play, and to stay cool. However, we did encounter a few caveats regarding the "pet friendly" status. First, the owner explicitly requested that pets not be allowed on any furniture. Because of this rule, the home does not feel fully pet friendly for those whose animals are used to lounging on the couch. Second, I rented this property through Expedia, and the option for stating that I was bringing pets along was not easily visible during checkout. I highly recommend messaging the host directly after booking to confirm everything. Despite these minor hurdles, it is a lovely, spacious home!

I chose this area because it is close to a lot of restaurants. It's a nice area, the hospital is down the street. Everything you need is in arms reach.

What makes this property unique

We do allow our fur babies on thr property. It is a spacious house, big fenced back yard for you and your love ones to enjoy. Staying with us , you are helping my daughter succeed and afford her college tuition. Thank you!
