This villa is a dream come true! So wonderful situated in the hills above the coast with wonderful architecture, furnitures and outdoor verandas with breathtaking view. We were beautifully taken care of by Luigi, and his mother cooked the most amazing meal for us with local fish and vegetables, pasta and cake! What a week! This villa is the gem of the Amalfi coast!

I cannot recommend this dream of a villa more. From the sweeping, 10/10 views to the cleanliness of the entire property (down to the lemon grove!), to the large bedrooms to the numerous hosting spaces (including numerous terraces with breathtaking views of the coast), this is truly a dream come true for a stay in Amalfi. There are quite a few steps to get to there but nothing unmanageable or daunting (this is Amalfi, after all). The other highlight of this stay is Luigi - one of the most hospitable, kind and accommodating hosts I've ever experience. He was attentive, incredibly fast to respond and helped with all of our ground transportation (he was even on call to help fix a power outage after a very intense storm). One of the best night of the entire trip was Luigi, his mother and his aunt coming to the villa to cook truly the best meal we had - the freshest fish, the most pristine pasta and a from-scratch tiramisu. Cannot recommend this villa enough. If you have others in mind, nix them. This is the one!

Stunning view and property amenities! Before our trip, Our host, Friedrich was very responsive and helpful for planning activities. After arrival, the property mgr,, Luigi was very attentive and helpful in making our stay delightful.

This villa is underrated!!!!!!!! The best part is the property manager and is mother Rita are for hire to cook dinner for your family. This was the best meal I have ever had!!! The views are absolutely stunning of the coast! The house is much larger than the photos lead you to believe.

The villa was great. Lots of space with bedrooms and wonderful view. Please check parking arrangmenrts befire going. That is seperate from the villa. Would defiantley book the villa again. Thanks friedrich and luigi. The homeade lasagna was terrific.

Amazing Stay Above Amalfi

We had an amazing week at Friedrich’s home in Amalfi. The property is spectacular with lemon tree orchards, breathtaking views, and comfortable accommodation. The house is spacious and has all the amenities you need. Luigi, the house manager, was easy to communicate with and was very helpful. Yes, you have to transit some steps but don’t you in Amalfi?! Highly recommend this stay for your time in Amalfi!

Amazing views over looking the Amalfi coast. Villa was very spacious and clean. Luigi was very helpful and communicated with me before snd during our stay. We also enjoyed a delicious meal prepared by his mom on one of the many beautiful outside spaces!! Would definitely recommend

Blissful stay in Amalfo

This was our first trip to Amalfi and we couldn't have chosen a better place. The villa was absolutely lovely, views down to Amalfi and out over the coast were magical, the property was quiet perched high in the lemon groves, we had just a wonderful time! We loved walking down into Amalfi thru the many winding paths each day, and the bus back up was easy and convenient. Luigi was incredibly helpful with recommendations and made our stay go so smoothly. We cannot wait to come back!

Parker Family Amalfi Coast

Loved the house. Views were spectacular, eclipsing the photos. Luigi was an amazing host. Dinner prepared by Luigi and his mom is a “must add”-better than a Michelin 5 star. Steps are a bit much to walk back from town. Overall, a great “home base” to explore the beautiful Amalfi Coast.

Incredible view!

We absolutely loved the villa. We did have my mother with us and the steps were challenging for her. Just keep that is mind when booking. We loved the private feeling of the villa and the view just couldn't have been better! Luigi was very helpful with all of our plans, and we knew we could count on him!

Family Villa

The Villa was perfect for our family of 6 adults. The space is as described and pictured with the most amazing views of the Amalfi coast. Access to the house is 140-steps to/from the Amalfi Pastena bus stop which is a little challenging even for the 25 year olds in our group but the views are worth it. House manager Luigi helped us with check-in and connected us with the garage owner across the road to store our rented mini-van. Nearby LaFlorida Market was great for grabbing a few grocery items to enjoy at breakfast and cocktail hour on the amazing patios. Kitchen is well stocked and laundry facilities were well utilized during our 6-night stay.

Excelent experience! The propierty is very nice with amazing views to the Mediterran and Amalfi. Luigui, the propierty manager was always very helpful and very friendly (we arrived very late and he waited for us, thank you Luigui!). Friedich, the propierty owner gave us great and detailed advice about things to do around Amalfi. All facilities as described. Although we were told in advance that there were many steps to reach the propierty, going up and down the steps everyday was a bit challanging for us (all 65). You need to travel very light because carring the suitcases up and down will may your heart pomping a bit faster than usual :-). Great place!

Amalfi villa

The Villa was amazing. It looked great online but was even better in person. It had everything we needed. The property manager, Luigi, was super helpful and friendly. I have to be honest though - the number of stairs between the villa and the road where the bus stops could be an issue for anyone with knee or hip problems. We managed - with rest stops!

Our cliffside home from home

The villa is beautiful with multiple terraces for viewing the sea or basking in the sun. Luigi was very helpful and organised parking for our stay as well as helping with the luggage down those steps. I adored the villa. It has an old-world charm and is beautifully decorated with lots of art. It’s a 20 minute walk in to Amalfi (listen to Luigi for recommendations) but a tough walk back up after a good dinner. Not a problem though as the buses run til midnight. I don’t hesitate to recommend the villa. Simply gorgeous.

This place was incredible. We loved the house it is quintessential Amalfi coast. The steps are serious. We read about them but we were amazed at how many steps/how steep. Part of our group walked to town but it was a lot of steps down and took much longer than 15 (more like 30) min. We took the bus.

You will not find a better villa to stay in on the Amalfi Coast! Aside from being so affordable for the amenities they provide, you'll get the VIP treatment from the moment you book your trip. Freidrich's property is stunning and the never ending beauty gets better with every step. The incredible view speaks for itself but the landscaping is breathtaking as well. The overflow of lemon trees and gorgeous flowers among the THREE terraces with insane views are overwhelming. We were still pinching ourselves after the seventh day. We had 7 in our party and it was more more than enough space and spaces for everyone to be very comfortable. Everything was provided, we didn't have to worry about kitchen tools, garbage bags, towels, linens, wine glasses or anything at all. The washer and dryer was perfect plus all of vintage built in cabinetry, original furniture, (and the beds were so comfortable!!) and stunning decor made this stay so wonderful.the best thing about this place is you get LUIGI!! He's now "our friend in Amalfi" and he was fantastic. He booked our transfers, assisted in planning, helped with everything, and solved our (self-caused) problems. His mom and aunt came and cooked for us TWO times because we enjoyed the meal and experience so much. There is not one complaint about this property and we would have stayed forever if we could Book it now, you won't regret it! Just beware of the 140 stairs to the road- typical of the coast but notable just in case! 10 STARS!
