Host was easy to communicate with and replied quickly. The house was exactly what we needed and in a beautiful area. We only wish we would have been lucky enough to see a big horn sheep during our stay!

Perfect for a long weekend family getaway. Pretty much right on the lake. The townhouse was gorgeous. Georgetown was amazing. Lots of great restaurants and stores. Enjoyed paddle boarding on the lake and scenic hikes on the nearby mountains. Even spent a day in Breckinridge and saw a concert at Fiddlers Green in Denver. We will definitely be back.

Great place to stay near Loveland

Very nice to stay so close to Loveland. We enjoyed the property. Wonderful to have a garage! It is also very close to the lake which is nice.

We really enjoyed our stay and the location worked out fantastic for us. We has a few glitches but the property manager answered every call quickly and walked us through the issues. We loved the Gaunella Pass and were lucky enough to see a herd of rams and moose. Spectacular views and a quaint town.

Great spot

This lovely townhome is perfectly situated to enjoy the mountains around Loveland. The kitchen is well-stocked and the bedrooms are comfy. We'll take advantage of this place again!

Great Rental near Georgetown

This property was perfect for our getaway to Georgetown, Co. Well equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and even a garage to park in. I would highly recommend this for anyone looking for a place to stay near Georgetown.

We were given the wrong code to get into the property when we got there. That required a late night phone call and multiple tries to finally get a code that worked to get the set of keys.The door and lock were broken when we arrived. We were unable to lock the door the first two nights that we were there and had to push a couch up next to the door for security.The host was planning to get the lock fixed after the first night, but they never came to fix it. When they did finally arrive two days later, they put some type of deadbolt on the door, which made it unusable. We had to exit and enter through the garage and back door. The entire time after the deadbolt had been placed.It truly felt like they had no concern that we were unable to lock the property while we were there.The location was good to hike Mount Bierstadt. The location next to the lake was lovely. The situation with the lock and the door was incredibly frustrating. They had no one local to help us.

Beautiful

I totally recommend this property. First of all the area is beautiful and lake. The property is new and super clean . I loved it and would totally stay here again. In addition you have the ski center really close by and close to beautiful towns.
