My husband, friends, and I stayed here while in the area for a wedding at Echo Mountain. The house was perfect for our group of 6 but could accommodate many more comfortably (we didn’t use the upper floor). The house is very secluded with no cell service but WiFi worked great. It’s on a large property with a hiking trail to a beautiful creek. I loved that there were 4 bathrooms for the 4 bedrooms - this is very rare. We would definitely rent this house again.
The property was great. Minor issue when we arrived but Brian was very responsive and resolved our issue. The kitchen is well stocked with pans and dishes that allowed us to do a lot of cooking.
Our stay at this property was exactly what we were looking for and we had a fantastic time! It had everything you could need for a stay and the owner's instructions and local guidance was much appreciated and well thought out. We loved the ability to hike on the property without having to go to public land with other people and had great views of wildlife while sitting on the porch. We would certainly book again when we are back in the area!
We enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We didn’t have cell reception, but the WiFi worked great and we knew about the no reception in the information that was provided. It snowed while there, but the road to house was always bladed, I would definitely recommend 4x4 in winter months. We would definitely stay there again.
This home is great. Lots of room. Very clean. The kitchen is my dream kitchen. Very well stocked with everything you need to fix meals. Plenty of space to sit and watch TV or play a game. It has a nice fireplace to give it more of a cozy atmosphere. The beds a very comfortable. Overall we would love to stay here again!
Property was as described. We went for a ski trip and everyone enjoyed the property when we returned from the ski resort. I did a little hike around the property and it was very relaxing and quiet. The covered parking at the back door was a nice added feature. We had a 4x4 and an AWD. If you go during the winter make sure you have one also. We got a lot of snow so getting to the house you need one. Again great place with lots of room for family and friends. One more thing is that we got to see a moose on our way up 103 that we got pictures of while we stopped in the road as it was crossing the highway.
We chose this home because it was located in a central location so we could plan daily excursions to Vail, Frisco, Breckenridge, Idaho Springs and Denver. The host was excellent! We had a couple of questions and he got right back to us. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for our part of six. The beds were so comfortable. We had a blessed Christmas with my daughter’s family and two granddaughters. Ready to come back.
The house has great views of trees and mountains. It has a trail that leads right up to the house and goes down to a running creek. Everything we needed was in the house and easily accessible. Our family enjoyed our stay.
We came up to Idaho Springs for mu sons wedding. This property was perfect. There were deer on the property right up to the house almost every morning. The property was just the right size. We even got to go out on the upstairs balcony and take amazing pics of the stars
Overall, we loved this house! Well-stocked kitchen with quality cookware, comfortable beds, and plenty of bathrooms. The location is peaceful and quiet.
