Karl-Heinz Bewertung (Kurzfassung): Die Wohnung ist schön gelegen und gut geschnitten, besonders das Untergeschoss mit zwei Schlafzimmern und schönem Bad war sehr angenehm und sauber eingerichtet. Leider weist das Erdgeschoss deutliche Gebrauchsspuren auf: defekter Relaxsessel, abgenutzte Esszimmerstühle, Wohnzimmertür ließ sich nur halb/dreiviertel öffnen (schlägt am Fußboden an) und ein sichtbarer Riss im Fußboden. Auch die TV-Fernbedienung war in sehr schlechtem Zustand, die Senderliste unübersichtlich. Ein paar fleckige Handtücher wurden nach Rückmeldung vom sofort Service ausgetauscht. Insgesamt in Ordnung, aber einige Bereiche sind renovierungsbedürftig. Für 2–3 Personen dennoch geeignet, wenn man keine allzu hohen Ansprüche an die Möblierung im Wohnbereich stellt.
