Located in a quiet, established community off of the beaten path with dedicated and visitor parking spaces available, this space is pristinely clean, fully remodeled and packed with every amenity that you will need to make this place your home away from home. The den has ample space for gathering with family and friends with a 65" Smart TV. The 3 bedrooms, all located on the second floor, are equipped with one king bed and two queen beds perfect for families or groups that need a "little" privacy, but also want the convenience of gathering together as you please. The owner's suite is equipped with an en suite bathroom with shower and a comfortable and spacious king-sized bed. The two secondary upstairs bedrooms share a full bath and are each equipped with queen sized beds. A hair dryer, iron and ironing board are also provided for guest use and convenience. The kitchen is fully stocked with a Keurig (k-cups included), toaster and Ninja Blender. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or planning your next adventure, this superb spot offers a welcoming base. We think our place is the perfect "chill" spot conveniently located just 3 miles from Furman University and 15 minutes from the prestigious Swamp Rabbit Trail which is a 28-mile stretch of scenic trailways for walkers and bikers to explore everything Greenville has to offer by way of nature. 15 minutes away as well from popular attractions like the Peace Center and Bon Secours Wellness Arena where many popular concerts and shows take place. The variety of eateries in Greenville is too abundant to mention here, but we are creating a welcome guide that makes mention of some of our favorite places to eat.
