The property was super clean, super comfortable, and included some nice perks like a fully stocked coffee bar (exactly what we needed before long days at the High Point Furniture Market). Our host Nathan was available and helpful when needed, too. Thank you for a great stay!

Great place for a group of people. Upstairs and downstairs are essentially two places under one roof. Both levels with bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and living rooms. The house was close to stores, event venues (our group was in town for a tennis tournament), and restaurants. The owner was very responsive to my questions and requests. We would return here the next time a group of my friends come to Greensboro.

Stayed at this property with a group of seven of ladies. The house was very spacious, we were not cramped at all. No stress in bathroom availability since there were three full size bathrooms! Location was great with no more than 20 minutes to activities we wanted to go to. Restaurants in the area are great! Communication with Nathan, the property host, was great. Thank, Nathan, for your prompt responses and helpful information! We would stay at this property again.

We love this neighborhood because it is a quiet, walkable pocket that offers incredible convenience; you can reach almost any Greensboro destination in under 15 minutes. This was our family’s first home, and we take great pride in maintaining it to ensure our guests feel that same sense of warmth and comfort.
