Welcome to The Nile at Coconut Cove on Fort Myers Beach! This bright and comfortable unit puts you just steps from white sand and blue waves. Whether you’re here to relax, explore, or soak up unforgettable sunsets, this beach retreat has everything you need.

Start your mornings with coffee, spend your days swimming, shelling, or lounging under the Florida sun. In the evenings, unwind in your space or head out to enjoy Fort Myers Beach’s famous restaurants, bars, and live music just minutes away.

The Nile is one of our 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom units, designed for families and friends to relax and unwind. The Nile features two spacious bedrooms (king beds) and a large porch overlooking Estero Blvd with a partial view of the beach.

Enjoy an open-concept kitchen and living area with plenty of comfortable seating and a dining table for four, making it easy to cook, eat, and gather together.

Another bed option is available to you as the couch pulls out into a bed (queen size). Families traveling with little ones will like a pack ‘n play (available upon request) and kid-friendly plates and utensils. The outdoor living will be a shared area for all guests on the property. A tiki hut with seating-dining and relaxing, pool with loungers and the lawn area to layout, run around or play games!

The entire property consists of 3 buildings with 3 units apiece. Consider us if you have multiple families that want to stay on the same campus.

The Nile will come with a personal door code access to get in and out of your unit. The pool, lawn and tiki hut will all be open and shared between guests. This property is not beachfront but right across the road and close to beach access.

This property is owned by two brothers who grew up on a hog farm in central Illinois. Both are in their 30s, married, and have four kids. Their love for the Lord, family, and people led them to Fort Wayne, Indiana, where they both work full-time in a youth residential facility, helping young people with behavioral and addiction challenges.
They share a passion for real estate, adventure, and taking on new challenges. While searching for Florida properties for their parents, they discovered this micro-resort in Fort Myers Beach—destroyed and for sale after Hurricane Ian. After much prayer, planning, and conversation, they decided to dive in headfirst in January 2025 to help bring the property—and a piece of Fort Myers Beach—back to life.
Each unit on the property is named after one of their children, making it a truly personal and family-centered retreat. Although the year and a half it has taken to restore the property hasn’t always been easy or fun, they are grateful for the journey and excited to share the place they’ve fallen in love with with you.

After Hurricane Ian impacted the island, the property underwent a complete top-to-bottom remodel. Every unit was thoughtfully restored and updated with modern finishes, refreshed interiors, upgraded systems, and new amenities — while intentionally preserving that relaxed, small beach town feel that makes Fort Myers Beach so special.
What truly sets the property apart is its intimate, small-resort atmosphere. Rather than feeling like a large commercial complex, Coconut Cove feels like a private tropical hideaway. At the heart of the property is a beautifully designed shared courtyard featuring:

-A covered tiki hut perfect for gathering
-Lush tropical landscaping
-Palm trees and vibrant greenery throughout
-Classic shuffleboard for old-school fun(coming summer of 2026)
It feels like your own little island oasis.
Location is another standout feature. We’re located directly on Estero Boulevard, just across the street from the beach. You get convenient beach access without being in the middle of the busiest areas.
Our mid-island location gives you the best of both worlds:
Close enough to restaurants, shops, and entertainment
Far enough away to relax and unwind
There’s also a trolley stop just steps away on Estero Boulevard, making it easy to explore the island without ever needing to move your car.
