Luxury corner ground floor with private garden, air conditioning, WiFi, satellite TV, 50m from the beach

Jardines de Denia 4 – Ground Floor

This small, privately owned complex with 56 apartments is just 50 metres from the sandy beaches and features two large swimming pools, a separate children’s pool, and outdoor bathrooms and showers. Each apartment has its own parking space. The complex is fully secured with remote-controlled gates. We are renting a 2-bedroom penthouse apartment with ocean views and 70 m² of terraces (spread over two floors), as well as a 3-bedroom ground-floor apartment with a fenced-in garden. Both apartments are located on the same corner. All amenities are within walking distance: bars, a mini-market, restaurants, and an ice cream shop. Ideal for children and/or two families travelling together who want their own space.
