Hidden Gem Near the Foothills!
Newly remodeled, fully furnished 2 bedroom, 1 bath in a fabulous location! Month-to-month lease. One-month deposit; 30-day notice. Non-smoking unit, no pets. This unit is half of a duplex, so some spaces are shared in that you will walk through the patio of Unit A to access your place, Unit B. All utilities and internet paid. Access via smart lock, so no keys to lose!
The whole house is air conditioned. The kitchen has granite counters, a full-size range and refrigerator, and a microwave. We also provide a blender, coffee maker, tea kettle, and toaster. Patio dining table for indoor/outdoor living.
One bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed, with a desk and an ample closet with hangers. The other bedroom has a queen bed, a large dresser, and a closet with sliding mirror doors. Both bedrooms have blackout blinds, with high-quality memory foam mattresses, and the spacious bathroom has a tile shower.
We also provide free WiFi and a smart TV. You’ll be able to access any of your streaming accounts. Parking for two cars, trash and recycle service included.
Quiet central neighborhood located at the base of the foothills and close to everything! Walking distance to the Rillito River Park loop (bike/walking path around the entire city of Tucson), Rio Vista Park, Winterhaven (holiday attraction during winter months), Tucson Racquet and Fitness Club. Walking distance or short drive to supermarket and restaurants. U of A is about 3 miles away. Right on the bus line, too!
