Very little to complain about. Excellent facilities and lovely views. 15 minute drive to Flachau and as the accommodation is set in the hills it would be difficult in the Winter.

Winterurlaub

Wir waren als Gruppe zum Skifahren in der Unterkunft. Die Lage ist super man hat einen herrlichen Blick ins Tal und durch die separate Autobahnauffahrt am Rasthof Eben ist man schnell auf der Zufahrtsstraße zum Berg und auch schnell in den verschieden Skigebieten, so ca. 15-20 min Fahrzeit. Punktabzug gibt es für den Pelletofen, den es zwar gibt, jedoch muss man die Pellets selber mitbringen. Das hätten wir gern vorher gewusst. Zudem kam der Vermieter erst am letzten Tag zum abkassieren der Kurztaxe. Damit verbunden ist die Gästekarte, welche wir dann nicht bekommen haben und bspw. in der Therme Altenmarkt auch keinen ermäßigten Eintrittspreis erhielten. Bei unserer Gruppe wären das schon ein paar Euros gewesen. Ärgerlich, daher gesamt nur 3 Sterne.

Ruhe pur

Das Haus liegt wunderbar ruhig mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf Eben. Die Ausstattung ist gut und der maximalen Personenzahl angepasst. Der Vermieter ist gut zu erreichen und sehr hilfsbereit. Zum Skigebiet Flachau etc. fährt man ca. 10-15 Minuten über die Autobahn. Wir werden wieder buchen.

Ideal für Familien

Sehr schönes modernes Haus in schöner Lage mit freundlichem Vermieter. Super Ausstattung, alles da was man braucht. Waren 12 Personen. 6 Erw. und 6 Kinder. Haus steht am Ende einer Bergstraße. Aussenbereich ideal für Kinder. Sie können dort toben und rodeln. Schöner gemütlicher Palett Ofen, welcher vollautomatisch funktioniert. Verschiedene Skigebiete innerhalb 15 Minuten erreichbar. Unbedingt Schneeketten einpacken. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr schön oberhalb von Eben. Es ist alles da was man braucht.Zimmer und Bäder sehr sauber und ordentlich.Wer kein Problem mit dem Anlegen von Schneeketten hat – ist hier gut aufgehoben. Denn die Straße zieht sich bis zum Haus ... bei Schneefall schon ein Problem für ungeübte Schneefahrer.Besser sind Autos mit Allradantrieb ...

Sehr schönes konfortables Feri...

Sehr schönes konfortables Ferienhaus. Sehr netter Empfang durch den Besitzer (Infrarotheizung, Pellettofen, Küche, Geschirrspüler, Platzangebot, alles sehr ordentlich und sauber, wir waren vom 03.02.18–10.02.18 mit 12 Personen dort)Herrlicher Ausblick, sehr ruhig. Kinder hatten viel Spass beim Rodeln.Wir waren rundum sehr zufrieden.Familie S. aus Thüringen Reisetipps: Das kleine Familienskigebiet monte popolo ca 8 km entfernt bietet gegenüber den größeren Skigebieten recht humane Familientickets zum Skifahren an. Sehr geignet für Familien mit Kindern.

Ein wunderbares Ferienhaus mit...

Ein wunderbares Ferienhaus mit genügend Zimmern und 2 separaten Toiletten pro Haus,sowie sehr komfortable und helle Bäder mit je 2 Waschbecken und je einer Waschmaschine.Alles unglaublich sauber und ordentlich, die Küche mit allen ausreichend vorhandenenGeschirr und Gerätschaften ausgestattet, eigentlich so wie zu hause. Es fehlt an Nichts. Der Ofen im Wohnbereich ist Goldwert und extrem leicht zu bedienen. Die Terrasse mit dem gemauerten Grill liegt den ganzen Tag in der Sonne mit einem tollen Blick über das Tal. Wir waren bereits zum 4.mal dort! Weiterempfehlung 100% ! Reisetipps: Man ist recht schnell in den verschiedenen tollen Skigebieten, bei schlechtem Wetter lohnt sich eine Autofahrt ins große Outlet nach Salzburg. Fahrzeit ca 1 Stunde. Seitkurzer Zeit gibt's jetzt auch ein kleineres Outlet unten bei der Tankstelle, ca 5 Minuten vom Haus weg.
