The views here are super! You are able to see both the bay and the ocean from the decks and from the back yard. The trees and the peaceful surroundings in nature are perfect for those wanting to relax. The house is well equipped for a large family group with lots of nice kitchen equipment and tools. It may be a bit challenging if grandparents are part of the group staying here. The driveway is quite steep. One of the king beds upstairs is way too tall for people of average height to get into without a stool or steps (which were not provided). There is also no luggage rack or convenient location for luggage to be placed other than on the floor or on a bed. I mention this so the many seniors who travel are aware of this, but again, it is a perfect house for families with children.
