This cosy two-room holiday apartment with one bedroom can accommodate up to 4 guests. The apartment is allergy-friendly.

It is located in the second row of the Südkap holiday complex in Building C on the second floor. From your balcony, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the sea between the two buildings in front.

The 59 m² apartment features modern and bright furnishings. The inviting living and dining area adjoins a fully equipped kitchenette. The sofa can also be used as a sleeper sofa for two people. The bedroom is furnished with a double box-spring bed. The bathroom features a bathtub and a separate shower.

On the covered balcony, you’ll find a table with four chairs, sun loungers, and a beach chair for relaxing moments with a view of the Baltic Sea.

Park your car in the apartment’s private underground parking space. You can reach the apartment by lift or stairs.

All apartments have large terraces or balconies with direct or partial ocean views. Each building has an lift that provides barrier-free access directly from the underground car park to your apartment.

The high-quality and extensive amenities in every room, the sauna and fitness area, and the playroom make your holiday a memorable experience no matter the season.

The clearance height of the underground car park is 2.20 m.

Various playgrounds for the little ones within walking distance, the Mads Möwe Kids’ Club run by the tourist office, and the town’s many different beaches (swimming beach, dog beach, surfing beach, nude beach) ensure there’s never a dull moment. In addition to the promenade with its restaurants and shops, the town of Pelzerhaken also offers a supermarket, a bakery, and an ATM. There is also a surf school on-site with equipment rentals (surfing/kitesurfing/sailing/SUP) as well as a bike rental shop.

The facility also offers storage for your water sports equipment. A bike storage room for your bicycles, a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, and a youth room with a ping-pong table and foosball round out the amenities.
