Our bright, spacious lakefront condo is perfect for families and groups, with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, two private decks, and direct dock and 3 pool access. It’s fully stocked with everything you need — a complete kitchen, washer/dryer, games, and everyday essentials — so you can settle in, relax, and feel right at home.

This rental is conveniently located right off Osage Beach Pkwy and nearby lots of great lakefront eats and shopping. Vibrant area. 3 pools one heated tennis court , a 15x36 boat slip available for additional rental upon request per night. Please list when booking if boat slip will be requested for your stay or not .

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place towels and wash clothes needing laundered in washer. Take all trash to dumpster on upper parking lot by office to dispose of.
Electrical panel (laundry room main level) turn off breaker #2 hot water heater Flip down ice make level and empty extra ice in sink Set thermostat to 75*
Do not leave wet towels on floor. Run dishwasher and complete cycle before you leave. Leave all dishes clean.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No drugs or marijuana on property - nothing left outside of door ie- trash , pool floats etc
No parties or events maybe held that exceed the guest limit . No loud noise quiet hours are enforced on the property.

Host was great. Responded to messages quickly. Condo was perfect for our family. Our older kids (18-20) had their own space and bathrooms which was wonderful. The location couldn't have been better. The condominium and the unit. Highly recommend!
