The stunning luxury suite 3.01 on the 3rd floor offers 108 m² of space for 4 (+2) people and is located just a few metres from the beach—your dog is also welcome. The suite features two separate bedrooms as well as a sofa bed in the living area that sleeps 2 people.

You’ll find a fully equipped, bright kitchen and an adjoining dining area. The beautiful living area opens directly onto the dining area and features two cosy sofas, one of which serves as a sleeping area for two people. The two separate bedrooms each have a double box-spring bed and access to the balcony. There are also two luxurious bathrooms with showers.

Highlights of the suite include a private sauna (2.37 m x 1.19 m) and furnished balconies with a beach chair, perfect for relaxing in the fresh sea air! The apartment comes with an underground parking space.


Complex:

The White Pearl opened in July 2019 in one of the best locations on Timmendorfer Strand! The building itself has been standing since 1994. In 2018–19, it was completely gutted, stripped down to the shell, and fully renovated.

The result is a first-class holiday property with 65 apartments ranging from 40 to 157 square metres, spread across a basement with underground parking, the ground floor through the 3rd floor, and a penthouse level.

The underground car park is accessed via the street “An der Waldkapelle,” and each parking space is equipped with a 220-volt electrical socket. An additional 28 parking spaces are located in front of the complex, accessible via “Strandallee.”

Our reception desk, where guests can check in and access the concierge service, is located at the main entrance on the ground floor.

Each apartment has its own balcony or terrace, which are equipped with privacy screens to ensure privacy.

Some of the ground-floor apartments, which face south, are duplexes and feature sleeping areas in the lower level with access to south-facing terraces.

Some of the apartments are designed to be barrier-free. These are located in the new addition and on the staggered floor. The basement also features a bike storage room, a laundry room, and trash storage areas for the apartments.

Beach access is located diagonally across from the complex on the other side of the street. The distance from the complex to the beach is approximately 150 m.

Lübeck (20 km away) and Hamburg (85 km away) are easily accessible by train or car.
