Luxurious vacation apartment 3.11 with sauna and balcony - close to the beach on the Baltic Sea!

Just a few minutes' walk from the Baltic Sea, luxury apartment 3.12 is located on the 3rd floor of the "White Pearl" and offers 81 m² of space for up to 4 people. There is a separate bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living area that sleeps two people.

You’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with a dining nook in the living area. The open-concept living and dining area is complemented by an armchair and a sofa that serves as a sleeping area for two people. The separate bedroom features a double box-spring bed and a flat-screen TV, and opens onto the balcony. There’s also a luxurious bathroom with a shower.

Highlights of the apartment include its own sauna (2.37 m x 1.19 m) and the narrow, furnished balcony, which invites you to relax and enjoy the fresh sea air! The apartment comes with an underground parking space.


Complex:

The White Pearl has been open since July 2019 in one of the best locations on Timmendorfer Strand! The building itself has been standing since 1994. In 2018–19, it was completely gutted, stripped down to the shell, and fully renovated.

The result is a first-class holiday property with 65 apartments ranging from 40 to 157 square metres, spread across a basement with underground parking, the ground floor through the 3rd floor, and a penthouse level.

The underground car park is accessed via the street “An der Waldkapelle”; each parking space is equipped with a 220-volt electrical socket. An additional 28 parking spaces are located in front of the complex, accessible via “Strandallee.”

Our reception desk, where guests can check in and access the concierge service, is located at the main entrance on the ground floor.

Each apartment has its own balcony or terrace, which are equipped with privacy screens to ensure privacy.

Some of the ground-floor apartments, which face south, are duplexes; their sleeping areas are located in the lower level with access to south-facing terraces.

Some of the apartments are designed to be barrier-free. These are located in the new addition and on the staggered floor. The basement also features a bike storage room, a laundry room, and trash storage areas for the apartments.

Beach access is located diagonally across from the complex on the other side of the street. The distance from the complex to the beach is approximately 150 m.
