The apartment is located on the ground floor of the complex and measures 53 square metres. It is equipped to accommodate 2 (+2) people. The sleeping area is separated from the living area by tasteful sliding louver doors. There you’ll find a comfortable double box-spring bed (1.80 m wide and 2.10 m long), as well as a flat-screen TV and a closet. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances. The spacious balcony, which faces west, is accessible from both the living area and the bedroom. Furthermore, the spacious shower room and the large sauna (Inipi B by Duravit, measuring 2.37 m x 1.19 m) complete the holiday experience. <br><br>The sofa bed in the living room (1.70 m wide) offers two additional sleeping spots if needed.<br><br><br>Complex:<br><br> The White Pearl opened in July 2019 in one of the best locations on Timmendorfer Strand! The building itself has been standing since 1994. In 2018–19, it was completely gutted, stripped down to the shell, and renovated.<br><br>The result is a first-class holiday property with 65 apartments ranging from 40 to 157 square metres, spread across a basement with underground parking, the ground floor through the 3rd floor, and a penthouse level.<br><br>The underground car park is accessed via “An der Waldkapelle”; each parking space is equipped with a 220-volt electrical socket.
