This unique, quaint property is in a quiet residential area in Rehoboth Beach, a mile from beautiful beaches, Rehoboth Avenue, and downtown Dewey Beach. Inside, you'll find two bedrooms featuring a queen bed and a fun bunk bed, perfect for families or friends. The living room includes a comfortable futon, adding extra space to relax. A single bathroom with a refreshing shower and hair dryer makes getting ready easy. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of adventure at the beach or enjoying quiet moments indoors, this wonderful home provides a welcoming atmosphere. We're happy to assist with any questions or recommendations while you stay at our house.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
We appreciate if you could please tidy up before leaving and place comforters and pillows on bed, wash dishes and put on rack, take out the trash/recycling, and remove any food and your items.
Please return the Dewey Beach parking pass to the bottom drawer to the right of the oven. If the pass is not returned, there is a $350.00 replacement fee.
Before you leave, please lock the front door by turning the knob to the up vertical position, pull the door shut, and confirm it's locked. Please hit the run button on the thermostat, too
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
-Maximum of two cars. No loud vehicles or motorcycles. Bikes, toys, items stored on the side or porch. Towels/laundry shall not be dried outside.
-Quiet hours from 9 pm until 9 am. Residential community-loud music/noise not permitted. -No grills or fires except for the propane grill provided.
-Sheets and towels are not typically provided unless previously agreed to by Owner. -Posted condominium association rules and parking must be followed

Our stay at the cottage was just what we needed for our girls weekend. Easy to find, clear check-in instructions, comfortable, and included little things that we needed.

Location was great if you don’t mind not being right on the beach, You are separated by coastal hwy. Sadly for the amount of money I paid I would compare this to camping. The place was extremely small, hot, the lightening flickered like a horror movie, and the beds my goodness I should be given money back to pay the chiropractor! If the main bed got changed and the price was a tad lower and the lights got fixed this place would be recommended.

Hi, Victoria Sorry to hear your concerns/comments. Our property is priced similarly to others in the area and development, and the location should be accurate on the listing. Prices typically increase during the summer months due to demand, but are generally competitive with hotels and other options. We reviewed our description, and feel that we have accurately captured the appearance, community, location and features. I wish you let us know about issues with the lighting (lightening?). It might be an issue with the dimmer on the switch, but we will further investigate. If there are other things you'd like to discuss privately, please let us know.
