Two large sliding doors open to an elevated deck that looks out over the marsh, offering a quiet place to enjoy morning coffee, outdoor meals, or a glass of wine in the evening. The deck features a picnic table along with a gas grill and smoker, giving you everything you need for relaxed vacation cooking.

Also on the main level, you will find a comfortable queen bedroom, a full bathroom with a tub and shower combination, and a bunk room designed for kids with two twin over twin bunk beds. This layout makes it easy for families to stay connected while still having space for everyone.

The lower level serves as the entry to the home and offers an additional living area that is perfect for relaxing or letting the kids unwind.
