Nestled among the island paradises of Rügen, Hiddensee, Usedom, and Fischland-Darß-Zingst, and set against the picturesque landscape of the Vorpommern Bodden coast, lies the Hanseatic city of Stralsund.
Our quiet and centrally located ground-floor holiday apartment features a living room, a separate bedroom, a bathroom, and a kitchen. A terrace invites you to relax. A parking space is available on the property.

Ground-floor holiday rental:
Our holiday rental is located in the basement of a semi-detached house and has a separate entrance. It is approximately 60 square metres in size, features two separate rooms, and can accommodate 1–3 people.
You don’t need to bring a travel cot or a high chair—these items are provided. Bed linens and towels are provided and included.
• This is a non-smoking apartment!
• Of course, you also have a free parking space right in front of the house.
• A supermarket, bakery, petrol station, and bus stop are just a two-minute walk away.
In the living room, you’ll find a sofa bed (for the 3rd and 4th guests; dimensions: 1.45 x 2.10 metres), a flat-screen TV, and a radio. The separate kitchen features a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and is equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils. The bedroom features a double bed and a large wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, bathtub, and toilet. A hair dryer is also provided. The terrace has a table and chairs. A grill is also available.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft in der man alles vorfindet, was man benötigt. Sehr ruhig gelegen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in wenigen Metern zu Fuß erreichbar. Jederzeit wieder.
