The Minervapark building features 30 residential units located close to the beach and the town centre of the Baltic Sea resort town of Boltenhagen. You’ll find comfortable and individually furnished 2- to 3-room apartments with 57 to 73 square metres of living space, each featuring a fully equipped kitchenette, at least one bedroom, and some with an additional guest bathroom. Almost all apartments offer free internet access. Some apartments have washing machines and dryers. An lift, an on-site underground car park, and a shared bicycle storage room are available. The fine sandy beach, with excellent swimming conditions, is just 70 metres away.

The 2-room holiday apartment ?Minervapark 28? is located on the 2nd floor. With a living area of 58 square metres, this cosy apartment offers plenty of space for 2 people. In the living/dining area, you’ll find a comfortable sofa set with an armchair, as well as a sideboard with shelves. A dining table in the living area is available for shared meals, and entertainment is provided by a TV, DVD player, stereo system, and free WALN. For self-catering, you’ll find everything you need to prepare your holiday meals in the open, integrated kitchen: ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, range hood, refrigerator with built-in freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, etc. In the bedroom, featuring a double bed and a wardrobe with plenty of storage space for your holiday wardrobe, you’ll enjoy a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom includes a shower, sink, hair dryer, and toilet. An ironing board and iron are also provided. You can park your car in the building’s underground garage and easily reach the apartment floors via the lift from there. No smoking. No pets. No balcony or terrace.
