Our beautifully renovated condo has a fully equipped kitchen, new Stearns & Foster queen size bed, a queen sofa couch, smart TV, wireless internet, new bathroom with step in shower and a soothing plank floor. Beach towels and beach chairs are also provided. We are steps to the large pool and an outdoor barbecue. The lanai overlooks the garden and pool and you can have your morning coffee watching the sun come up over Haleakula. Beautiful Kamaole II Beach is right across the street and restaurants and shops are right next door.
No extra charge for the Maui taxes.

Wonderful stay

This condo was the best we had in a month in Hawaii. It's well equiped, with a large living room and a nice kitchen. It was confortable and near a nice beach. Tom & Kathy were very nice and helpful.

Great Family Vacation

We had the great pleasure of my two adult sons joining us on a special vacation and staying at Tom and Kathy's place. Could not have gone better. Their place is exactly as advertised and the communication with them before and during the stay is the best so far that I've experienced in a VRBO booking. 6 experience and hope to book with them in the future.

great location

wonderful location for exploring maui. close walk through parking lot to the beach. shorebreak on beach can be a bit high for small children, but great snorkeling off the point. We saw 4 sea turtles there our last day and spent an hour swimming with them. Location is close to grocery stores, shops, and restaurants (walk or short drive). The condo is very clean with basic provisions for cooking, well stocked with pans, coffee maker etc. Would love to go back

Above and beyond expectations....

From the moment we arrived we felt at home. Everything we needed was already there. From the beach chairs, umbrella and Boogie boards to the Lawry's Seasoned salt and everything in between. The only negative thing we could say was that we had to leave. Thank You so much for making our10th Anniversary a Special memory.

Easy process & great location made our vacation that much better!

We are so glad we chose to stay in Kihei. It gave us more of a local feeling while being at the mid-point of all the great attractions/locations. This VRBO was in such a great location, and coming back to it every night was super cozy. The hosts were amazing to deal with, made everything easy and seamless. At the time of our stay we had access to beach chairs, umbrella and cooler which made our beach days so easy and enjoyable (we will never not use beach chairs again - after using them you can't go back to just beach towels). We will be back again 100%! THANK YOU THANK YOU!

My husband and I rented this unit for our 3rd anniversary. Overall, it was a really nice stay and we would stay here again. It’s in a really convenient area. You really don’t need a car. Plenty of restaurants & shops within walking distance and the beach is directly across the street. Only negatives: the refrigerator smelled really bad, there wasn’t any body lotion (however there was aloe in the refrigerator!) and the dang roosters woke us up every. single. morning.

Great place in Kihei

This is a great one bedroom condo across from the beach. It was very well furnished and had everything we needed for comfort inside as well as items for a day at the beach. There are lots of eateries and shops within a very short walk. The owners were helpful and attentive both before and during our stay. We would definitely return here if Maui was our destination.

Honeymoon getaway

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon to Maui. The location was 12/10! The beach out front was so much better than the beaches in front of the big hotels. Kam beach is big and not very crowded. Walk from the condo to the beach is about 2 minutes!

My husband and I had a great 3 wk. stay, Feb.1 - Feb. 21, 2017. The condo is clean and comfortable. The location is great. I could walk anywhere in the neighborhood and feel safe. It is affordable and the kitchen is well stocked. Tom and Kathy are very approachable and accommodating :)

Very nice condo to get away in Kehei

Where do I start? We rented this condo for a 6-night vacation on Maui, and I owe this fantastic condo a huge thumbs-up. While booking this place, Kathy was very fast in returning my messages and easy to talk with. When we arrive there, we were surprised to find this condo has everything you need to live on Maui: from beach umbrella, chairs, towels, boogie boards, cooler, to kitchen supplies like cookware, oil, salt, sugar... You name it. (There is even a Maui "blue book" if you didn't bring your own.) The unit is in a quiet and safe community, with easy access to laundry facility and steps away from the beach. The ladies in the office were also very nice and helpful. We had a great time staying there. My wife said that we will definitely come back next time as long as this unit is still available.

Great condo, great location, simple and easy booking

My wife and I stayed for a week in this condo. We had a great time. The condo is just as described in the ad and it is in a good location in the complex (quiet and convenient). The location is great, right across the road from Kamaole II and easy to get to many other beautiful locations on the island. Tom and Kathy were very friendly and easy to communicate with. Nothing went wrong during our stay, but they were just a phone call away if we needed anything. The kitchen is well stocked with everything basic that you need to cook your own meals. For us, it was just right: a comfortable, clean and affordable place to stay on the island. Thanks for a great stay!

The property has been in our family since 1978. Therefore we have been coming to Maui for a long time and it is like a second home to us. We were very excited to be able to buy this beautiful property, upgrade it and to share it with others.

Kihei Kai Nani is in a perfect location for relaxation or sightseeing and watersports, whatever your vacation plans might be. It is situated on six acres of Polynesian gardens that are lovingly maintained and there is a local feel to the place not found at hotels or other condos. You may find you form some lasting friendships with fellow travelers who also love the property.

What makes this property unique

Because of the condo's great location, you do not always need a car - you can walk to shops, restaurants and even local grocery stores. Either way you are close to all you want to see and do on Maui.
