Parkplatz

Die Parkplatz Situation muss besser beschrieben werden. Dazu erfolgt keine vorab Information. Und nur auf Nachfrage zwecks Parkplatz ( weil ich es in den Bewertungen gelesen hatte ) wurde das Parkhaus erwähnt mit einem Tagespreis von 10 Euro. Und auch da muss einfach gesagt werden das es ca. 700 m entfernt ist.

Aussicht und Wohnung in bester Lage

Unser Aufenthalt war super schön. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und die Lage perfekt. Das größte Manko allerdings ist die Parkmöglichkeit und die damit verbundene Schlepperei des Gepäcks. Der Parkplatz ist 20 Minuten zu Fuß weg vom Objekt und es gibt keine Möglichkeiten das Gepäck vor der Wohnung auszulaufen

Sehr schön mit kleinen Mängeln

Grundsätzlich eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit einzigartigem Balkonblick und einer sehr zentralen Lage. Aber: der Transport der Koffer zur Wohnung ist zu weit- eine befristete Ent-/Beladezeit am "Alten Strom" ist ratsam 2.Viele kleine schnell zu reparierende Mängel trüben den Gesamteindruck(Bsp. lauter Kühlschrank,defekte Innentürklinken,sehr wackliger Ständer im Bad,, ein passender Einstellsack im Abfallbehälter fehlt etc.) 3.Für den Kamin sollte eine Anfangsbestückung an Holz vorrätig sein,ebenfalls wenigstens ein Ascheeimer aus Metall,im übrigen zieht der Kamin nicht richtig. Der Grundriß ist toll, die Möbel sollten aber gelegentlich erneuert werden. Für ältere Menschen ist der Treppenaufstieg schwierig.

Perfekte Lage am Alten Strom

Eine ruhige, recht helle Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick auf den Hafen - man könnte den ganzen Tag auf dem Balkon sitzen und auf das Treiben im Hafen blicken. Absolut zum empfehlen!

Tolles Apartment für einen Kurzurlaub (Stromperle)

Sehr schönes gepflegtes Apartment mit einem tollen Blick auf den Hafen. Morgens und abends den Fähren beim Ein- und Ausfahren zuzusehen war super. Bist zum Strand ist es nur ein Katzensprung.
