Relax in our cosy holiday homes: Lotse, Anchor, Matrose, Buhne 26, Meersand, Ostseeperle, Strandkoje, Twin Anchor, Ostseebrise, Kliff-Häuschen, Jupiter, Strandgut, and Saturn—just a few steps from the beach in the “Stolteraa” holiday village on Waldweg. The holiday homes offer plenty of space for a relaxing holiday, about 250 m from the beach. Dogs must be kept on a leash within the holiday complex. The nearby “Fuchsbar,” a small, quaint pub right on the beach, is just a few steps away. The same goes for “Wilhelmshöhe,” a restaurant with a large terrace and a panoramic view of the cliffs. Why not play a round of golf at the Warnemünde Golf Course? Shopping options are about a 10-minute walk away at the Diedrichshagen “roundabout,” as is the bus stop for Bad Doberan and the Warnemünde city centre.
The Lotse holiday home is approximately 48 square metres in size and features a bathroom with a shower, bidet, washing machine, and hair dryer; a living room with a double sofa bed and a pellet-fired wood-burning stove; an open kitchen area; and a bedroom with a double bed. The house is designed to accommodate 2 to 4 people. In front of the living room is a sunny terrace with a beach chair and a grill. Special features: Bike rentals and a horseback riding centre nearby, well-maintained bike and hiking trails. The Warnemünde golf course is not far away.
You can park your car in your own free parking space right next to the holiday complex (No. 88).
Amenities: Satellite TV, radio/CD/DVD player, beach chair, kitchen with coffee maker, stove, refrigerator, electric kettle, toaster, dishwasher, and microwave. We kindly ask that you do not smoke inside the house.
The two holiday homes, “Lotse” and “Matrose,” are located right next to each other, making them ideal for a shared holiday with friends or multiple family members.
Charging electric vehicles is not permitted, nor is setting up tents, caravans, or RVs. Loading and unloading at the holiday complex is permitted Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.
The initial supply for the house includes one laundry package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, tea towels, shower mat).
Bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants, the beach, etc.—everything is just around the corner.
Pet lovers are welcome—up to one pet. An additional final cleaning fee of €30 will be charged for bookings with a dog.
