We offer a high-end, fully equipped holiday rental with a sauna in a quiet and exclusive location in the heart of Warnemünde—just about 200 metres from the beach. This beachfront holiday rental is ideal for guests who want to combine relaxation, comfort, and a central location.
Right next to the house is Mühlenstraße, a popular shopping and strolling street with numerous small shops, restaurants, and cafés. Attractions such as the Warnemünde Lighthouse and the Teepott are just a few minutes’ walk away. The Alte Strom, with its maritime shops, restaurants, and fishing boats, also invites you to take a leisurely stroll in any weather—fresh fish sandwiches included. Throughout the year, events and sailing regattas create a genuine Warnemünde atmosphere.
In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find a bakery, weekly market, pharmacy, supermarket, post office, bike rental, restaurants, small shops, as well as the beach and promenade—all conveniently within walking distance.
The approximately 35 m² holiday apartment on Mühlenstraße is located in the basement of the building but features large windows and plenty of natural light. It is divided into a living and sleeping area with a flat-screen TV, a separate modern kitchen, and a bathroom with a sauna, shower, and toilet. This non-smoking holiday apartment is designed for a maximum of two people. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

The price for the first night includes the final cleaning and booking fees, as well as the initial supply of bedding, hand towels, bath towels, a shower mat, and a tea towel.
On behalf of the tourism and spa authorities, the spa tax is calculated as follows:
Adults: €3.70 per day; reduced rate: €1.45. The reduced visitor’s tax applies to children and adolescents ages 6 through 14, as well as to people with a degree of disability (GdB) of 50 or higher. Children up to age 5, business travellers, and people with a GdB of at least 80 are exempt from the visitor’s tax. For individuals with a GdB of 100, accompanying persons are also exempt from the visitor’s tax. The spa tax includes a mobility fee of 1.45 €. This entitles the holder to free use of public transport within the Warnow Transport Association’s service area, with the exception of the Molli spa train and the Warnow ferries.
