Large terrace, private free parking space. Dear guests, a warm welcome to you! We offer you a comfortably furnished holiday home in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few steps from the Baltic Sea beach.

Relax in our cosy holiday homes Ostseebrise, Anchor, Lotse, Matrose, Buhne 26, Meersand, Twin Anchor, Ostseeperle, Strandkoje, Jupiter, Kliff-Häuschen, Strandgut, and Saturn—just a few steps from the beach in the “Stolteraa” holiday village on Waldweg. The holiday homes offer plenty of space for a relaxing holiday, about 250 m from the beach. Dogs must be kept on a leash within the holiday complex. The nearby “Fuchsbar,” a small, quaint pub, is just a few steps away. The same goes for “Wilhelmshöhe,” a restaurant with a large terrace and a panoramic view of the cliffs. Why not play a round of golf at the Warnemünde Golf Course? Shopping options are about a 10-minute walk away at the Diedrichshagen “roundabout,” as is the bus stop for Bad Doberan and city centre Warnemünde.

The Ostseebrise holiday home is approximately 48 square metres in size, features a bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer, a living room with a double bed and an open kitchen area, and a bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed; all rooms have tiled floors. The house is designed to accommodate 4 people. In front of the living room is a large, sunny terrace with a beach chair and an electric awning. All windows have roller shutters.
Special features: Bike rentals and a horse farm nearby, well-maintained bike and hiking trails. The Warnemünde golf course is not far away.
You can park your car in your own free parking space right next to the holiday complex (No. 58).
Amenities: Satellite TV, radio, free Wi-Fi, kitchen with coffee maker, stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster.
We kindly ask that you do not smoke inside the house.

If you book with up to 1 dog, an additional final cleaning fee will be charged.

Charging electric vehicles is not permitted, nor is setting up tents or setting up caravans or RVs. Loading and unloading is permitted at the holiday complex Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.

The initial supply for the house includes one set of linens per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, tea towels, shower mat).

A bakery, supermarket, restaurant, beach, etc.—everything is just around the corner.

Severely disabled guests 50% or more: 1.45 €/day
Children ages 6–14: 1.45 €/day
Exempt from tourist tax: Severely disabled 80% or higher; accompanying persons only if the person with a severe disability is 100% disabled and has a registered caregiver
Children up to age 5, business travellers, athletes, conference attendees, travellers passing through, locals
