This neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Our home is nestled into 2 private acres that border Oneonta Country Club. You can easily walk to golf their 18 challenging holes and if you are visiting for baseball, the park is just over a mile away.

Our property is unique because it is on a dead-end street, borders a golf course and is one of the closest in proximity to Cooperstown All Star Village. We are a local family, not a company so personal touches are throughout the home!
