Whether you’re here to unplug or play all day on the lake, this is the perfect place to settle in.

Inside, you’ll find a bright and cozy living space with lake views, comfortable seating, and an open layout that makes it easy to gather with family or friends. The home features three bedrooms and one full bathroom, comfortably sleeping up to seven guests. The lakeside primary bedroom offers beautiful views and a bonus sleeping area that’s perfect for kids or extra guests

Step outside and enjoy multiple wrap-around decks overlooking the lake — ideal for morning coffee, outdoor meals, or winding down after a day on the water. With your own dock, you can bring your boat, kayaks, or paddleboards and enjoy direct access to the lake anytime

The spacious yard offers plenty of room for outdoor games, lounging, and enjoying Michigan summer evenings. A carport and storage space make it easy to store gear and lake toys during your stay.

Property Boundary Notice:

To respect our neighbors and maintain good relationships within the lake community, please remain on the Island View Retreat property during your stay.

When facing the lake and looking away from the house, you will see a garden fence near the shoreline to the right of the dock. This fence marks the boundary between our property and the neighboring property. Guests must stay on the left side of this marker at all times and should not enter or use the neighboring yard, shoreline, dock, paddleboat, or waterfront area.
