Better than expected. Much more space. Nice and secluded. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Locked ourselves out accidentally and was saved by the owners immediately! Would stay again!

Extremely clean!! Host provided everything needed for a comfortable stay, they literally had everything we needed from bug spray to smore sticks, as well as plenty of towels, blankets, and pillows. Place was quite, private, and peaceful. Only complaint is the lake and master bed, lake was a little too dirty/seaweed for my comfort to swim in and master bed was too soft.

Sweet cabin on a sand bottom lake. Limited access with 10'beach frontage but good for dippin the lake which is small and warm. Cabin is dated but comfy. AQI kept us inside for 3 days but ac units helped. No laundry. Host is nearby for help if needed. Many kitchen amenities provided, which was nice. Water had an odor but again Host provided some but bring your own too. Wifi was touchy but there.

The cabin was very well kept and the area was beautiful and quiet, just what we were looking for. It was also an easy drive to Muskegon and Grand Rapids for a day trip. My family and I loved our stay there!

What a cute little rustic get away! We had a terrific amount of space for five adults, the kitchen was nice to cook in, and the area is beautiful!

This was the first time my husband and I rented a VRBO property. It was fantastic! Lance and Lori had the property in perfect condition. The cabin was very clean, quiet, and extremely comfortable. They had it stocked so well that all we had to bring was our food. They truly thought of everything from toothpicks to newspaper and wood for the fire. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful cabin. We had a wonderful stay with our grandchildren! They truly enjoyed every minute as much as we did. Hopefully we’ll be back someday.

We loved the cabin and the area. The neighborhood was very peaceful with lots of nature. The cabin was spotless with all of the comforts of home and then some. The added touches like nightlights, extra fans, games, cards, etc. were extra nice and we especially loved the front room and all of the windows. We would love to return one day for a longer stay!!

2nd time I have stayed at this cabin. Quiet neighborhood, cabin was very clean and all normal needs were present inside. If I return to the area I will definetly check to see if available and if ITT is I will book it again.

Cute cabin getaway

We enjoyed the cabin very much. We grilled and had a campfire out back and it was so peaceful. The Kayak rental was very reasonable and just a short walk to the water. We also were not far from Lewis Adventure Park and Zoo and our teens had a blast. The lake is very shallow which is great for young kids but hard to fish off the shore so kayaks are a nice touch.

A second home

We have been to Sand Lake several times and it is starting to feel like a second home! We enjoy the quiet and it is nice to be so close to family for visits.
