Great location with easy check in and check out. Parking was always available. Air filter was stopped up, ice maker didn’t work, elevator didn’t work, and the floor and linens were very dusty. Bathrooms were clean.

dirty walls, doors, kitchen, moldy hvac vents/drywall, bath exhaust fan inop, long hairs in showers, broken barstools, tried to communicate this to host with no response x2. Definitely a motel vibe. Good access to beach

The beach was wonderful. The pool was wonderful. The unit we stayed in was not so good. The floor felt like it had sand all over it and we did not track any sand in as we had not been to the beach. The first night there I literally had to wipe the sand off the bottom of my feet to put my socks and shoes on. This was in the front bedroom. The whole unit felt like sand was everywhere. Then the trash bags that were put on the trash can in the kitchen was like paper thin. No way to pull the trash bag with trash in it out of the container. Every time I tried to pull the bags out they tore holes right in them. I wound up turning the trash can upside down into a trash bag I had brought from home just to be able to get the trash out of the can. And this unit was the least equipped with anything in the kitchen to cook or eat with that I have ever seen. Talk about almost completely empty cabinets! But the really biggest issue was that the elevator did not work any of the time we were there from Friday afternoon till we left Sunday morning at 10. And everyone I saw close to the elevator said good luck with getting it to work that it hadn’t worked all week that they had been there. There is another review from back in April that the elevator did not work. I’m sure this is a serious ADA compliance issue. I’m working on reporting this hoping that will cause them to get it fixed. Someone handicapped or wheelchair bound could not stay in this unit as there is no way to get there for them.
