Welcome to your spacious lakefront 4BR/ 2BA house with an open floor plan that lets everyone stretch out. Six total beds and multiple couches with a huge living room ready for movie marathons or game nights. Fully equipped with full size cornhole boards and plenty of outdoor seating to accommodate gaming and any outdoor festivities. Outside, dive into the pool (can be heated upon request for an additional cost - $25/day), kick back on tons of seating, fire up the grill, and paddle off in your private canoe. Family friendly and Pet friendly house conveniently located 2 min off of I-275, Centrally located for convenience to Downtown Tampa, USF, Busch Gardens, Tampa premium outlets, beaches, Armature Works, Zoo Tampa, Raymond James Stadium, Benchmark Arena, and every other festival that Tampa has to offer. Space, water, fun... all under one roof. Book it before the kids start fighting over who goes on the canoe first.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please place used linens and used towels in laundry room.
Trash Days are Tuesday and Friday (with recycling) so if full please place in between curb and sidewalk on those days.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The home was beautiful and.the owner was quick to reply to any questions or concerns we had. There was plenty of room for everyone and we all enjoyed the pool and the canoe. They thought of everyone even our dog who had a bed, leash and snacks provided. Thank you we will definitely stay again

Pool was green for entire 5 days of stay and could not be used as heavy chlorine had been used before we arrived. AC was totally inadequate for size of the house. Living area temp rose to 78 during daytime each day, even with all blinds closed.Floors were dirty and left our feet black after walking barefoot on the floor. Kitchen and bath cabinets were not clean and had debris in them. I killed two small roaches while there. No dishwasher soap was provided. Ice maker was broken, so no ice. Water filter in refigerator needs changing badly! Water was undrinkable and we are aware of the local water quality and taste. I recommend a complete deep cleaning by a professional cleaning company.

This property was awesome. We had a party of 8 and it was more then accommodating. 4 bedroom plus a let out bed. The pool was enjoyable for the adults and kids. Host has great communication and quick response.

The house was everything that we needed for six adults. The house was clean very easy to find. We had stopped at the Publix before we got there to get a few things that we would need and the Refrigerator was turned up so we had to then go by ice to put our stuff in to stay cold and wait for the refrigerator to be up to temp.

Host was very communicative and easy to deal with. We arrived early and host was gracious enough to give a code to allow us early entry.The issues we had are probably mostly out of host’s control and more a reflection of whoever services the home. Pool was very cloudy not really green but not clear at all. We were still able to enjoy the pool. The 2 restrooms had 1 roll of tissue each which was an issue with 3 women. 1 trash bag was provided in kitchen and no replacements.Biggest issue we had was the home ac would not get below 76 during the day and would take until @ 2am to reach a comfortable sleeping temperature of 70. It was still a wonderful space with plenty of room for our group of 6 on a pond

Overall, the property was as described and was quite suitable for our stay. The host was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The home is pet friendly and we glad we were to be able to bring them with us.
