This is a great place for a family to stay!! The large fenced backyard was great for our toddler granddaughter and the yard games were a hit for all of us! Having a BBQ was great for grilling and we enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. The location of the home was a few short minutes from the zoo, waterpark, and the stadium, making it convenient with the kiddos. Our hosts were great as well!!

The house is very clean and has lots of activities for kids and families including lawn games, hot tub, and two retro arcade game systems. It’s big enough for a large group and generally well appointed. The hosts were very communicative, helpful, and friendly. You can tell they care about their guests and ensure that their stay is enjoyable. The property is centrally located to most things in the area and within a 10-15 min drive to almost anything in Denver. The immediate area around the house is a mix of motorhomes, single family homes, and budget motels but we didn’t have any issues and felt safe the entire stay. The rental even has its own instagram page that has incredible food and activity recommendations so don’t miss that. Overall a great stay!

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed for my best friend’s bachelorette party. Hosts were always quick to communicate and were extremely accommodating to any requests.

The property was well maintained and the hosts were exceptional. We had 2 families sharing and there was plenty of room for all. The host's recommendations for restaurants were also phenomenal. Would come back.
