Enjoy easy walking, biking, access to local shops and restaurants or if you prefer you can rent a golf cart to get around. The home is also just a short 10-15 minute drive to Oak Island and Caswell Beach.

We love the inside of the house, very cute and clean. The location was OK in walking distance to lots of things. The outside property was not as pet friendly as I thought had lots ant hills outside property needs some work done.
