Dedicated dining room is adjacent to the living room, office and large fully stocked kitchen with tons of room and storage.

Recessed dimmable lighting throughout for brightness and warmth. Each of the three TVs - 90" in the living room (yes, 90 inches!), 55" in the master bedroom and 42" in the second bedroom feature Roku's connected to ultra-high-speed WiFi allow you to log into all of your streaming services plus free local and national channels. On site parking is provided for 2 cars and additional free street parking is available on Princeton Street.

The home is located within 10 minutes of the major hospitals in Orlando, downtown Orlando and downtown Winter Park! College Park is has small town feel within the large city of Orlando.
