The two holiday homes are located right next to each other on an idyllic hillside. The individual apartments owe their names to the owner’s hobby: he is an absolute rose lover. At “Casa delle Rose Gialla,” two units are available for rent; at “Casa delle Rose Rossa,” there are three. Each of the tastefully furnished apartments has a terrace or balcony, each with barbecue facilities. The solar-heated, underwater-illuminated pool (10 m x 5 m) is open from around Easter until around the beginning of October, weather permitting. For the little ones, there’s a slide, a swing, and a sandpit. The pool and the communal garden are shared by guests of both houses. A washing machine for everyone’s use is located in the separate laundry room of the “Casa Gialla.” The marina and the town centre of the lively little town of Colico are just a few minutes’ walk away. You can park your car in the private parking spaces on the property. Pets are not allowed.
