Nice clean modern apartment in quiet residential area. It's fairly far downhill to the front (i.e. beach) but not a problem for us. The balcony with two loungers, table and chairs gets morning sun. We stayed 10 days and were v comfortable.

Lovely quiet residential area, with private balcony a 20 min walk (uphill on return journey) from the beach. Nice pool which is not overcrowded predominantly used by local residents.

🤩🤩highly recommended 🤩🤩

This apartment is outstanding, very clean and Jackie was so helpful. This property is a must stay, although it’s in a residential area , you’re only a 10 minute walk from Plaza Del Duque beach which is beautiful and has lots off bars, restaurants etc. 🏖🏖🤩🤩🤩

This Appartment is Outstanding.

The property is in immaculate condition,in a quiet residential area of Costa Adeje called Mireverde, a short walk to the Playa Fanabe Beach and bar's and Restaurants, the property was spotless, lovely sunny terrace with plenty of room. Was welcomed by Patricia and a bottle of wine and some Water, nothing other than a lovely holiday in this Appartment, already making inquiries for next year.

Nicely appointed in a good position.

Nicely furnished, modern and immaculately clean. Excellent quiet position away from the clamour but still handily placed for the resorts, easy parking around the property. The manager is friendly and very accommodating. Only small criticisms, a microwave would be useful and the satellite TV is unreliable, internet TV would be an improvement. Overall, very happy.

Wenn man sich mit einem Tennisplatz auf der anderen Straßenseite ( direkt einsehbar), auf dem von früh bis spät Tennis und abends auch Fussball gespielt wird, arrangieren kann - wohnt man in einem modern und gut eingerichteten Appartement, großzügig gestaltet,- mit einem sehr guten Service, der immer zur Stelle ist, wenn etwas zu regeln ist.Auf der großen Loggia kann man die Sonne im Frühjahr bis ca. 15:00 Uhr genießen - anschließend muss man zum Sonnenbaden an den gut 250 m entfernten Pool gehen, der sonnige Plätze bis zum Abend anbietet.

Unser Appartement in Costa Adeje war sehr schön. Leider sind die Matratzen etwas durchgelegen. Sonst hat die Wohnung alles was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt benötigt. Sie ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Einziges Manco sie liegt am Berg und um an den Strand zu gelangen muss man entweder eine lange Brücke über die Autobahn überqueren oder einen Weg über 3 sehr befahrene Straßen laufen was je nach Tageszeit schon fast gefährlich war. Wir waren ohne Auto unterwegs. Die Busverbindungen auf Teneriffa sind sehr gut.

Toller Aufenthalt

Wir wurden von den Vermietern sehr herzlich empfangen und auch während des Aufenthalts toll betreut. Die Beschreibung und die Photos stimmen genau mit dem Objekt überein. Alles war sehr sauber und toll eingerichtet. Speziell die schöne Terasse hat uns manche sonnige Stunden geschenkt. Das Haus liegt an einer wenig befahrenen Strassse und deshalb auch entsprechend ruhig. Ein absolut zu empfehlendes Objekt, auch im Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis. Den Vermietern nochmals herzlichen Dank für die jederzeit nette und prompte Betreuung.
