Grand Bay Beach is a seashore paradise located in the town of Rio Grande, near Shopping Centers, Golf Courses, Hotels, and Tourist attractions (El Yunque Tropical Rain Forest and Fajardo's Bioluminiscent Bay). You need to rent a car to get there.

It is a 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom, duplex beach condo that is equipped with most of the modern conveniences that you would expect at your regular home - namely, a Two-door Stainless Steel refrigerator, microwave oven, stove, flatware, silverware, pots and pans, a wine cooler, a hood that serves as a smoke extractor, 3 TV sets, 2 DVD players, 3 A/C units, water heater, Washer/Dryer, Iron, Ironing Board, Hair Dryer, Jacuzzi, towels, linens, etc.

It is truly a paradise to stay here and enjoy a peaceful environment where you can relax in the swimming pools or at the beach in our tropical island where the average temperature during winter time is in the mid 70s.

Our property is subject to a Room Tax of 7% imposed by local regulations.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Please leave gate opener and keys on top of dining table, discard perishable items, and please do not leave dirty dishes in sink.
Please lower all window shades, and please leave used towels and linens inside laundry basket.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Short-term renters cannot bring outside guests into the unit other than the ones who are duly registered to stay.
Do not hang towels from balcony. Do not overload washer/dryer. Keep noise under control. Do not feed stray cats. Follow swimming pool area rules.
Please ensure that you do not exceed the 5 mph limit within the building's premises. Only park in assigned spaces and do not invade neighbor's spot.

Great place, amazing view from the balcony, cozy outdoor pool - perfect for kids, access to the private beach and a lot of restaurants/cafes within 30mins drive with a delicious food. Great place for a beach visit.

The place is very nice, very well decorated for the surf and sun. Had a good beach vibe. Beach and Pool are within 2-minute walk outside. Everything was excellent.Just need an update on the shower curtains. Otherwise, perfect stay.

Great stay in Rio Grande

The condo was very well equipped both in the kitchen and for the beach. The view was amazing from the living room and balcony. The location was perfect for exploring the island.

Vacation in Paradise

The location and setting of the place is perfect. View of the ocean from the balcony, close to the rainforest, and minutes away from San Juan. The master bed was very comfortable. The place had all of the amenities that one could wish for! We had a wonderful stay.

Great vacation getaway

This was such a great unit to stay in for my family and I. Jorge greeted us at check in. It had everything we needed. We cooked a few meals and the kitchen was great. We loved that the location was private. We practically had the beach to ourselves most days. My favorite place to sit was on the balcony. Loved the view.

Quiet and peaceful

Our stay at this property was fabulous. It was clean, well-stocked with anything you needed. Jorge was fabulous, responsive, and helpful in providing restaurant recommendations locally. The location was a bit more remote but it was so nice to have the beach and pool to basically ourselves and both were lovely. We would return.

Private getaway

Overall was beautiful place to stay-steps from the beach and nice pool. We were literally only one of 2 families there so felt like we had the place to ourselves. Sad to see the hurricane was so devastating to businesses and homes. Felt a bit deserted, but if you just want to relax and get away from it all, then this is your place.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The pool and beach were great, and at least during our stay, not at all busy. The condo was generously furnished with everything we would ever need. The location is great. It's in a quiet area, but still just a short drive to everything. Jorge was a great host and did a great job of making sure we were settling in and provided some excellent recommendations for the area. Definitely looking forward to our next stay.

Lovely place to stay

We really enjoyed our week at this location in Puerto Rico. It was quiet, clean, roomy, and had everything we needed. We cooked several meals, enjoyed the pool and beach, and relaxed on the deck area with a lovely ocean view. We were thankful for the coolers, chairs, towels, and toys for the beach. It had great Wi-Fi. The covered parking space is also a nice bonus. Jorge was superb to work with. We would absolutely stay here again!

We bought this Beach Condo to fulfill our long-held dream of eventually living full time right next to the beach.

What makes this property unique

The property is conveniently located near a posh hotel (Four Seasons), several Golf Courses (Four Seasons, Wyndham Rio Mar, Coco Beach, and Grand Melia) and relatively close to the El Yunque Tropical Rain Forest. It has an excellent beach view from just about anywhere in our unit. It is fully furnished and makes you feel as if you were at home.
