About this property

Relaxing Peaceful on the Beach.

Our Resort has two swimming pools for their guests very close to the apartment. The apartment is fully air conditioned and ceiling fans in all living areas. Short steps to beach from apt,. terrace and short walk to designated parking. Living area has a queen bed sofa ( gel matress). Master bedroom has a King bed, AC, Smart TV, ceiling fan and ensuite bath. Second bedroom has a bunk bed, full size bottom and twin size on top. Bath on hall. Living and dinning seating for 6. Fully Remodeled, equipped kitchen. Terracería has closet with Beachchairs, beach umbrella, body boards, beach toys. Table sits 6, plus 4 more terrace chairs.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

I’ve stayed in this area almost yearly for the past 15 years. This host has been the most communicative one I’ve had. When they started rationing water in the area, the host notified me immediately and with a water tank in the unit we never lost water. Another amazing thing in this apartment is the amount of breeze it gets through. We only turned on the ACs at night because it never got hot inside during the day. Honestly one of the best stays I’ve had in the area.

Maria’s place was great and she was accessible for any questions. It was fully equipped for everything we needed, including plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, sand toys, etc. It is a 30 second walk to the beach, which was very private and quiet. There is a nice patio for outdoor dining. We also drove 15 min to Luquillo beach for calmer water and the kiosks. There is a convenience store about 5 min away and grocery stores nearby. San Juan and the airport are 30-45 min away. It was clean and comfortable. Perfect for our purposes with a family of 4. We’d like to return!

Great Place Stay! Even better than the photos.

My family lived the location and access to the beach. Great place for a family vacation, 30 minutes from Ceiba for a trip to Flamenco Beach on Culebra. 30 minutes to San Juan. Great place and perfect location.

Great location - Great owner

We really enjoyed staying there. The location is great, the apartment is 30 seconds away from the beach. It has everything you need on vacation. The owner is a very nice person, quick answer and always available. I highly recommend this place.

Perfect vacation

The apartment was even better than expected , very clean and well kept. excellent location, just steps from a beautiful beach. Very quiet, peaceful place, short distance to restaurants,golf, etc. we enjoyed our stay very much and plan to be back in summer.

The beach was wonderful ie, not crowded, relatively clean, warm water, very little sea weeds, area to wash off before returning to apartments, etc. The apartment was comfortable. Some exploring was required to locate restaurants and local cuisine.

Maria’s condo was a great 4-day getaway for our family of four! Our granddaughter determined our morning schedule - breakfast on the patio, a swim in the nice size pools, followed by the beach. The beautiful and semi-private beach was steps away and the beach chairs, sand toys, and plentiful beach towels that Maria provided made it so easy. The condo was very clean, quiet and comfortable and Maria went out of her way to get us a porto crib and booster seat. The kitchen is very well equipped. It would be helpful to have detergent tablets and basic cooking provisions (oil, condiments, spices) to make it perfect. Maria was very accessible and quickly responded to all our queries. We already miss the sound of the coqui in the evening and hope to return!

Wonderful stay!

We had a great stay at the condo! We loved the proximity to the beach! We went on morning and evening strolls every day. The condo was well-equipped and had everything we needed. We visited Luquillo Beach and El Yunque while there and it was super close to both. We noted that the condo is perfect for us to return to on another trip with our 5-year-old. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful location very close to the beach!

We loved staying here! A beautiful, clean beach was just steps from the condo and we loved being on the ground floor with a nice patio. The unit had a boogie board, some sand toys, beach chairs, and a cooler. The air conditioning was nice and cool for sleeping at night. The WiFi was strong and reliable. We would love to return again someday!

Great get-away

The beach is a perfect gem! We visited several beaches but always preferred to come back and spend more time on this quiet and clean beach. The waves were just enough for the kids to boogie board a little, but easy enough to just let them walk out and splash around. Some days we had the whole beach to ourselves! The condo was very nice, clean, and well-supplied. There are close food marts and restaurants, and it was easy to get everywhere we wanted to go.

Perfect getaway

This was a great location--quiet, beautiful, close to the beach. We would definitely come back. The apartment was very well equipped--kitchen was the best stocked of any rental we have stayed in. Maria was responsive to our queries, but honestly we had no troubles at all during our magnificent stay at her place.

Amazing....AGAIN!

This is the second time we have stayed at Maria's place. From the start Maria is a fabulous communicator and she made sure everything was set for our vacation. The beach is perfect! The only time is was crowded was for New Years Eve! Again, the sand dollars are incredible! Highly recommend a visit at Maria's!

Beautiful beach and property!

The grounds are meticulously maintained, the unit is very close to the beach and is the most clean unit I have ever stayed in while using Vrbo and others. Felt like home from the moment I opened the door. Maria is a great host. Complex is quiet. Walks on beach for sand dollars were great! Thanks again Maria.

Attention to Detail

The property had many things others do not. Beach chairs, outside eating area, easy and very close beach access, two pools, a blender, a cooler, and other stuff, I can’t remember it all! We felt very safe, it’s Inside a gated security area. There aren’t a lot of people around, at least in January. We hope to return.

This is a cozy, comfortable two-bedroom apartment - right next to the beach in safe gated community.When arriving, ask guard to direct you to the apt. The building number is not visible because it's further back close to the beach. However, each apt has a designated car space, look for the number painted in the parking lot.Apartment is on the ground floor (no steps). It has everything you probably need. I did not find a cookie tray - you can probably request it if you plan to bake. Kitchen is well stocked: oil, spices, lovely pots/pans, knives, etc. Plenty of towels, including beach towels, and beach chairs which we gratefully used. It was great doing laundry and packing clean clothes for return trip home. I brought washing sheets because detergent is not provided. Stores are within 10 minutes.We ate breakfast in lovely back patio. You can bring fruit/veggies from USA, but you cannot bring these back to USA. A USDA check is performed at airport when departing.National forest is amazing - about 25 minutes away. Snack shop at top of mountain has amazing food. "Simple Food" has delicious breakfast & brunch food. "Sama" has amazing seafood & their salads are incredible. Both are in nearby Luquillo.Our 20year kids were a bit bored after a few days. They had a lot of fun snorkeling with turtles & beluga in San Juan (traffic is bad!). We also went on a boat ride, close to apt in Rio, relaxing & interesting. Request English translator - all Spanish.

Welcoming condo, lots of extras

This condo was great. It had a great beach and just about everything you would need available to you (lots of towels, sheets, etc). Maria was awesome and helpful. It was a bit of a drive from things so we were always in the car for 15 minutes to get somewhere, but that's the deal if you want to be beachfront. All in all, would totally recommend renting this unit.

Loved it!

The location could not have been better. The beach was right there and it was gorgeous and practically private. Maria was so great at communication. The only thing I wanted that we didn't have was some dishwasher detergent :). I would totally stay here again. It was close to so many activities we did, Culebra, Las Playas, El yunque. Loved grilling on the patio for dinner every night. Everything was comfortable and clean. So family friendly. The complex and grounds we so well maintained. I loved that we could walk for a really long distance on the beach! It was perfect. highly recommend.
