The kitchen features a large island with seating and a dining table. Dine outside under the shade of large umbrellas. The third-floor rooftop has incredible views.
The third-floor loft has an additional sitting area with a TV, a wine cooler, and a refrigerator. A warm, formal living room has a massive fireplace with reclining couches, water views, and a TV. An adjacent sitting room has a gas fireplace and seating with water views. The large covered front porch has big, comfy furnishings to snuggle into and take in the sunrises over the water.
