I was not allowed to check in 30Minutes early because of the “cleaning schedule”. I should have been able to check in way earlier, considering how much cleaning I had to do (after going to buy cleaning products). The house was very very dirty. There were a lot of questionable things smeared on the walls. There was hair in EVERY bed. It was gross. But they sure did still charge me. We were forced to stay there the 1st night, due to lack of hotel rooms. But left immediately the next morning. So, I got to pay for a dump that I didn’t even stay at.

Hi Diane, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We regret that your experience did not meet expectations. Our cleaning team follows a strict schedule to ensure the property is prepared for each guest, which is why early check-in was not possible. We take cleanliness very seriously, and the issues you described do not reflect the standards we strive to maintain. We encourage guests to report any concerns immediately upon arrival so that we can address them promptly. We will be reviewing your comments with our team to ensure improvements are made. While we are disappointed to hear you chose to leave early, we appreciate your input and will continue working to provide a better experience for future guests
