Deuces wild on this one...2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 car garage, just 2 cute for words. Gorgeous shutters throughout. The living room is very spacious with good flow to the dining room and the custom kitchen. Extra touches include quartz countertops, a deck mount pot filler & a glass rinser. Both bedrooms have nice walk-in closets. The garage is an oversized 2 car garage, speaking of oversized...check out the backyard! Enjoy sitting around the gas fire pit or relaxing in the hot tub.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Make sure pool/spa heat is turned off.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We are a property management company, so we do require that you sign an AZ state contract.
If you have unauthorized pet, we charge a $200.00 fee.
Any reservation over 28 days has an electricity cap of $150.00 and gas cap of $75.00
