Nicely furnished 2 Bedroom - with a den as a 3rd bedroom SLEEP 8 with 2- King size bed in MB and second bedroom. For those extra guests we have 2 sleeper sofa in the 3rd bedroom and living room. Large 20 x 20 Balcony. Completely furnished and tastefully decorated. Amenities include: pool , Spa, grill, air conditioning, full kitchen, washer, dryer, linens provided, cookware/utensils, Free Wifi and streaming cable. Garage connected to Condo.
Well Kept gated complex on the Island! Walk to lake and parks. Annual Balloon Fest up close from complex....Jet Ski Races., Boat Races.....

Lake Havasu City is located on what is known as the “West Coast of Arizona,” three hours driving time west of Phoenix, 2½ hours south of Las Vegas and four to five east of the Los Angeles region. The area attracts 775,000 visitors a year thanks to its calm waters, beautiful beaches, and desert weather with more than 300 sunny days a year. There is a range of restaurants and lodging, plus a boatload of annual events.
Lake Havasu offers some of the best cruising in the southwestern U.S., centrally located along 60 continuous miles of lake and river waterways from where the Colorado River meets Parker Dam all the way to Needles, Calif. 2.5 bedroom condo on the island
Nice place. Advertised as a 3 bedroom. 3rd room is a pretty much an office with a pull out couch. We were there for a boat trip to the lake. Had plenty of parking for 2 boats. Excellent boat ramp close by. $20 a day to launch. Pool and hot tub on the property. definitely not walking distance to anything...but just a short drive. We'll be back
