→ Zero tolerance for parties & events. Lake Havasu City takes noise complaints very seriously with short-term rentals, which could result in fines or listing removal. Please respect the neighborhood and house rules.

• Pool is not fenced and may be unsuitable for young children. Guests assume full responsibility and liability for the safety of all children and guests while using the pool.
• Pool maintenance is scheduled every Thursday, but the service team may occasionally come on another day. They will access the backyard as needed to ensure the pool is in top condition.

The interior and exterior of this property was absolutely beautiful... it was bright and cheery and most importantly, very clean. It contained everything one could ever imagine needing while away from home, just bring your bags and food and you're all set! The host was easy to access and so helpful when we had questions.
